Mealtime Monday: Cake for Grown-Ups


To me, adulthood has meant challenging my formerly picky eating head-on.  In addition to developing a passionate love for mushrooms and olives, I’ve also really come to appreciate the taste of pistachios.  Especially when they’re in ice cream.  Or cake.  And especially when they’re in ice cream or cake enjoyed seaside on the Turkish Coast.

  1. YUM! I thought it would be a green tea flavor at first but pistachios sound just as good!
